Our turnkey system bathrooms are built in the factory, delivered by truck and installed in the shell by crane. Stengel prefabricated bathrooms are ideal for hotels, residential homes, apartments, nursing homes, hospitals and holiday parks.
From the idea to the finished bathroom, we offer all planning and production steps from a single source.
1. Planning and development is done at Stengel GmbH
We develop and plan your prefabricated bathroom on a project-specific basis and enable the individual design of the floor plan, surfaces and equipment. For orders of 50 or more bathrooms, we also generate a significant cost advantage compared to conventional bathrooms.
2. Production of all components
All components of our modules are manufactured in-house. By manufacturing to industry standards, we guarantee consistently high quality,
3. Installation of complete bathrooms
In our factory complete bathrooms are created from individual components in modern assembly line production . We cover all production steps, from erecting the walls to installing the supplier parts such as fittings or mirrors. The construction of samples can also be implemented quickly and easily.
4. Quality and functional control
During a comprehensive final inspection, all components are tested for functionality, tightness and quality. The delivery of the turnkey bathrooms enables a significant reduction

We deliver the finished bathrooms just-in-sequence with our own modern fleet . Through precisely defined and coordinated supply chains, we ensure that construction progresses on schedule.
6. Introduction and positioning
The bathrooms are brought into the building via drop-in or assembly platforms and are leveled and positioned by our teams . The unification of the trades from production to positioning of the bathrooms simplifies the tendering process and ensures that the potential for errors is minimized.
7. Handover and after-sales support
After the final positioning, the handover takes place with a final inspection on site. Until the interior work is completed, the bathrooms remain locked in the building to avoid damage from external influences.
With our own support teams, we are always on hand, even after handover, to ensure the smooth commissioning and functioning of our pools.
